🔁 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Returns must comply with Off Grid Generators Pty Ltd’s standard Returns & Warranty Policy.

• If an order is returned or cancelled after receiving the iPhone 16, the retail value of the phone (AUD $2,399) will be deducted from the refund, or the phone must be returned unused and sealed.

• If the iPhone is not returned in its original condition, Off Grid Generators reserves the right to issue only a partial refund or refuse the return altogether.
